Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - FIGTREE

A Small little girl is doing a wonderful job at the food delivery area… very active , vigilant and attentive. Attends every customer including delivery driver. Very fast and giving her best. McDonalds management must recognise the little girl MARIA

Great Atmosphere, a young lad who I assume cooks out the back was incredibly sweet. He must have started his shift because as I was walking up he held the door open for me. Even though it is such a minuscule thing, it is almost unheard from young people these days. When i asked for his name for this review he said he didn't need credit. He was short with brown hair I asked the front cashier for his name but I couldn't quite hear it, I think it was Ashlay. Absolutly fantastic young man.

It was only a short stop in the Morning to buy a drink on my way to work in figtree, but luckily it was pretty quiet at that time cause it was before 7am. But it'd likely be busier later as you'd expect... All in all... no complaints from me..

The BEST maccas i’ve been to in a long time. amazing service. went to wollongong first, then fairy meadow, both terrible and denied our service. figtree shocked us at their availability of ice-cream at 3am. blown away. extra points for napkins. my friends sprite was so good she didn’t leave any any for me but i know where to go next time

I ordered a burger meal. Everything was served promptly except for the cappuccino coffee, so I inquired about it. The staff told me it was being prepared. After waiting 40 minutes, it still wasn't ready. Who takes 40 minutes to prepare a coffee?! When I asked for the third time, they realized they didn't know the order and I had to remind them. Finally, the coffee was prepared. It was a waste of time. Additionally, they do not have a napkin dispenser anywhere. If you don't ask for napkins, they won't include any in the bag.
