Nando's Fife

I usually appreciate fast service and avoiding long waits at restaurants, but tonight I felt like I was rushed. I ordered my starters at the counter, and by the time I sat down, they were already in front of me. However, things took a turn for the worse when halfway through my starter, pieces of chicken thighs were thrown at my face. My dining companions had not yet received their food, and as we finished our starters and waited for the other main course to arrive, my main course started to get cold and dry. The pacing of the service needs improvement to allow customers to actually finish their food before the next course is served. Overall, I would rate my experience a 4 out of 10.

My friend and I visited Nando's Fife Leisure on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30pm after a long 5-hour drive to Scotland. We were hungry after starting our day at 8:30am! We were seated promptly upon arrival and the waitstaff was friendly. Surprisingly, the restaurant wasn't very busy for a Saturday afternoon. We used the app to order and our food arrived promptly. I ordered the butterfly chicken, peri-peri fries, and garlic bread, all of which were hot, delicious, and satisfying. The restroom was modern and clean. I would definitely return to this restaurant and recommend it to others.

When traveling along the A9 or M90, options for good dining are limited. However, this restaurant located near Dunfermline is a convenient stop for a satisfying meal. Our server Leanne was friendly and attentive, even winning over our 2-year-old with her warm demeanor. The food, from Nando's, was consistent and arrived quickly, still hot. Overall, a pleasant dining experience on the road.

Arrived for a table of 5 expected to wait no problem. Was sat at the table under sub standard lighting. I'm old and forgot my glasses . Technically no table service was told to order by the app or at the counter. Used the app all ok. Drinks glasses arrived and the food shortly after. This is where I have a distaste for the place. The chips were not cooked properly. The garlic bread was burnt and inedible. The wrap that was ordered had 1 half inch square of hallumi and no hummus. The staff that were there are ok ish but need to pay more attention to detail. Hence hardly no customer service. I get that its a chain but throw some personality into it. The tables are so close together that when I went to get a soft drink I was bumping into chairs. I'm not a fatty but even I struggled. Won't be back. Not for me.

Food Delicious, Staff Excellent, Manager Excellent. What more can I say. My compliments to you all.
