Customer service was great, we had Grace as our server, nothing was to much trouble for her, very attentive to our table and was great with my niece and food was good

Meet up with Family and had amazing service from Grace she made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough to help us.The food may not be the best but with staff like this who cares

After a challenging day stuck in the Highlands during the storm yesterday, and driving since 3am, we finally arrived in Dunfermline at 7pm and received a warm welcome at Crooked Glen. Grace was absolutely fantastic and deserves a raise. She was incredibly helpful and took great care of us - just what we needed after a stressful journey. We returned for breakfast this morning and it was excellent.

Sadly disappointed What used to be a delightful place is a shambles 4 min wait it was quiet, to get seated ended up asking someone ok got seated The menu was the same old but hey ho. didn't wait long for the meal which was slapped on the table,I ordered the spicy chicken burger I nearly needed a magnifying glass to find the sauce which was on top of a mass of green stuff(think it was lettuce) hard to tell after taking most of that off the bun yea 3 burnt chicken coujons and a slice tomato well the chips weren't to bad well where can you go wrong there. the shocker was £3.19 for a mug of tea, what the heck ok it's never ending depending how much you want to drink but that's disgusting for a t bag how water and splash o milk....Like I said was a lovely place to visit but it's gone right down hill so nope never ever going back and will be telling my friends also boycott it such a shame ....and I cannot even praise the staff miserable unhelpful and I don't want to be here attitude ....

During our stay at the Premier Inn, we dined at the Brewers Fayre for dinner and enjoyed a few drinks. The food was delicious, but it was Grace's outstanding service that truly stood out. She took care of us and other guests with a warm smile and great humor, making our experience a pleasant change from our previous restaurant visit.
