Fiesole is inflated by the quantity of premises used for the food trade. But among the many we chose the Gelateria Siciliana . A discreet environment is simple. The sorbet preserved the agro and refined taste of lemon without being too sweetened. The soft ice creams delicate and expertly processed to offer a product of excellent quality. Mandorla and Cassata the must of Trinacria have conquered me. The very competent and kind owner told us the stages of the processing of ice creams and sorbet. The tasting is a pleasure of the palate of which I had no memory or comparison. I only gave four stars because the staff at the tables does not deserve rating. The stop at Gelateria Siciliana in Fiesole is highly recommended if you are looking for a healthy and natural special ice cream.
