Waffle House - Festus

Had to wait for a table and wait waitress was quite snippy that I was busy with so much, but be polite to pay customers plz and it was so cold in there, we had to eat quickly that was always cold b4 we could get it?

Delicious as usual, just went here last week. the waitress was very friendly and was very good to fill us again with need. I was late at night and it wasn't too busy, just a few people. I'm not a very big coffee fan, but have one of the best coffee I've ever tasted. if they want a great meal for a small price, I recommend coming here.

Great service that I could remember the name of the young man who served us, he had dark edge glasses light brown hair. he was very polite and did his job well. thank you.

And sat on a table. he waited 20 minutes and nobody even realized we were there. no drinks, didn't even look at us. they have a sign of the door that reminds people to be nice, I wonder why they are?t zero customer service. we went and nobody saw us yet. I was in waffle house and with customer service like this, we didn't have to be back.

I was traveling to visit with family and because we don't have a waffle house near us I went to 4 of them and had breakfast, 3 of the locations I just wasn't as pleased as before, the service was not as welcoming, the food was good at 3 of the 4 but customer service is going down fast
