Food and service, both were amazing! Beers good too!

Pretzel Beer Chrese was delicious! Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac Cheese. BBQ Bacon Burger and fresh pork rinds still crackling when they came out! I had a Strawberry Long Island Iced Tea that was delightful! The husband enjoyed the flight of beers!

I was disappointed in a couple things. I ordered a side salad as my side, I ordered ranch dressing, I ate 1/2 my salad used the very small container of ranch dressing that came out with the salad, i asked for more ranch the bar tender said she would have to charge me for more ranch. I was quite surprised given the very small container that came with the salad. Then I asked for more croutons same answer she would have to charge me for it. I have seldom ran into that. I think someone higher in the ranks should have a side salad, which is decent sized, and see if they felt a customer should be charged gor extra dressing dressing croutons.

I do enjoy the ambiance of this place, and the food is good.

The heavier set bartender needs some managing. We were not welcomed in, no explanation of anything, she was chatting with some older regulars without even acknowledging our presence, and was irritated that we inquired about a beer flight. She was pouring beer with the tap spout INSIDE the beer, huge sanitation issue. Being a “brewery”, your bartenders should know how to properly pour a draft beer. I have been here multiple times with great success. Clearly the B team was working on this day and it showed. Please address the situation and we will be back.
