Mcdonald's - Fery

Ordered a double quarter pounder and was missing the second patty. This is the 2nd time in the last 3 times and the 3rd time in 2 months it's happened. Yesterday was National Cheeseburger Day for Christ's

Horrible service, the drive through is a hazard. Stupid franchise owner is creating a liability.

I was so looking foward to eating nuggets to eat at home , the smell that was coming out of the bag was petrifying , off the bat didnt even have to open the box to smell that these nuggets were refried I've lost my appetite and not coming here ever again anyone reading this go to the mcdonald on essex st in Hackensack they do care of what theyre serving.

Every time i order here they always mess my order up, especially when i buy a big mac. I always have to go back to tell them to please do it correctly. Today when i bought food they messed it up and i had to go back. Even after they “fixed” it, the order still wasn’t even right. I’ll literally give you 100 dollars every time they do the order right.

We went to buy some food at this store and with the food the girl at the last window said we were limited to two sauce. I told her we would buy the other one and she refused to take payment and asked us to go back to the drive thru. Don’t they understand that we as customer make their salary possible? They’re not our servants, but being courteous goes a long way.
