Dumplings Delish - Ferntree Gully

I decided to try Dumplings Delish for a quick lunch, seeing as dumplings are their specialty. However, this will also be my last visit to this restaurant. The dumpling shell was thick and tough, and the filling was small and lacked flavor. Even the dipping sauce couldn't redeem it. In the end, my dogs ended up having the dumplings for dinner. I won't be returning.

The food at this restaurant is very tasty and affordable. I highly recommend stopping by for a delicious meal that won't break the bank. I haven't tried the dumplings, but I can definitely suggest the duck spring rolls and the shrimp in ginger sauce.

You claimed they were known for their dumplings? I was highly disappointed! The taste was unusual and it took 20 minutes to receive just 10 dumplings. I will not be returning.

Been here, as place first opened it was fantastic went back this weekend wow such a bad effort with food no taste overpriced for what it was. My beef black bean floated in half a bowl liquid... thought it was not safe whether new owners or new chef, but despite not wort would save you money and stomach

I like to support local businesses and enjoy a bowl of tasty noodles so it seemed a no brainer however on our first visit my husband and I ordered a selection of dumplings and with the exception of the prawn dumplings found the others to...be very bland. On our second visit we thought we would try the noodles. I can't remember what my husband ordered (his were OK), but my Singapore noodles were bland, again, and dry. We assumed that I had just been unlucky so went back a third time and I have to say that the Green Curry Chicken was possibly the worst take away meal I have ever had -contrary to the description there did not appear to be any green curry sauce. I even tipped out the contents of the bowl to see if the sauce had sunk to the bottom, but it hadn't. The noodles and all the vegetables (I say all, but there weren't many) with the exception of a few carrots were green. To top it off the little scraps of chicken, and they were scraps, were not pleasant with pieces of gristle and sinew. I think I've given this restaurant a fair chance and I definitely won't be going back
