The Club - Ferntree Gully (VIC)

Over an hour for four meals, smart a% staff. We were travelling for basketball so booked for the way home. When we were seated the bistro was barely half full. Maybe they had been slammed earlier that night, but the staff were reactive when (1 hr and 5mins after placing our order) we had to complain to see where our three parmas and one burger were. Not expecting fast food, but staff had two opportunities to let us know there was a long wait for meals, once when they showed us to the table and again when we went to the counter to order. At either time, I would have gratefully taken the hungry kids somewhere else and been pleased enough with the service to go back, especially as we 've eaten there for years. When the food finally came it was very average which just added insult to injury. The pineapple on the Hawaiian Parma was fizzy. Left immediately after finishing with a staff member giving us an exaggerated 'See you again soon ' on the way out. No. You. Won 't.

Here with friends. Food was good but cashier was over zealous in advising/overriding restrictions for Gluten Free which I have been managing for medical reasons for almost thirty years.

Food and service was top notch. Will definitely be back soon

Lack of staff kept the staff that was on very busy and so the clearing up of finished dishes on the tables did not happen for a long time. The staff seemed to be doing the food orders and payment, bar, handing out food orders, and clearing tables. Food was beautiful and everyone on our table had something different and they all enjoyed it immensely.
