Bidrage med feedbackWe were recommended this restaurant by the owner of Reposados in Golden (if you're in Golden, you must eat there!) and we were so glad they gave us the tip. We had a fabulous meal at this restaurant. They do not take reservations, so you must add your name to a waiting list. We arrived to find a group of happy people just leaving, so we waited in the entrance. We had a mix of tapas style dishes, 3 delicious tacos, and a huge plate of cheesy nachos. The sharing dishes allowed us to order a little bit of everything. My personal favorite was the crispy boar, which paired perfectly with the mountain of nachos, cheese, beef, and salsa. They also offer vegetarian and vegan options, making it a great choice for families or groups. Local beer and, of course, tequilas complemented all of our dishes.
We decided to dine at this restaurant. They don't accept reservations, but once we put our names on the waiting list, we were free to explore the city. When our table was ready, they notified us. We enjoyed a fantastic meal and the service was outstanding. Definitely worth the wait.
The food and service were both excellent, but a bit pricey for a skier's appetite. The menu was intriguing enough to make me want to return for more.
Shrimp ceviche (see pictures) the garnels were white, not pink and comminuted flat. it had no good look or feel. the whip was usually only liquid. curtido (see picture) pick up a KFC flask in a polystyrene cup, take the top of it and put it in the back of the refrigerator for a few days and then serve. flavourless and dry to the point almost dusty. the service was good and it is a pleasant interieur. I'm not sure if we want to go back, I'm sure they never ate the right version, what they have to serve.
The food was great and our server Bridgette was lovely. We highly recommend the portobello mushrooms and carne con frijoles .
