Bob’s Steak Chop House – Amelia Island

Always wonderful food, service and atmosphere at Bob's. Our favorite place.

The salmon of my wife was good, but my steak was hard, tasteless and returned. The manager credited the steak, but my meal was ruined. I also noticed other diners fighting to cut their steaks.

Had a nice experience last night for our anniversary dinner. The food was fresh and delicious. The waiter was so great and very personal. We'll be back soon!

This was our second time at Bob’s and we were as enthusiastic as the first time. We brought our friends who had not dimmed before and were very impressed. We celebrated an early birthday for my husband. Jessica was our server and an absolute joy. We started the night with drinks and the roasted Calamari. Everyone said it was delicious. For our meals, 2 of us had the 9 ounces of Filet Mignon. Both were perfectly cooked and the sides (both potatoes baked) were delicious. I love the skin on her potatoes. Many sour cream and butter to dress them. My husband had the fresh wahoo with roasted garlic tomatoes and broccolini for the side. He said the fish was perfectly cooked and the tomatoes were amazing. The last meal was fried shrimps and it was also delicious. Only the right amount of bread and perfectly rides. For dessert we all had the Bob bread pudding with vanilla ice cream and homemade caramel sauce. You will miss if you don't get it. It's amazing!! The ambience, service and food will let us return.

This is a first class restaurant with outstanding food and service. The waiters are outstanding.
