Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant is in need of updating, but the outside area offers a lovely view of the marina that makes it more appealing than the inside. The sunny evening added to the atmosphere. I had dinner from the lunch menu on a Wednesday night. All the dishes we ordered were delicious, and I would definitely come back because of the quality of the food.
We stopped here on the way for a coffee and looked out some lunchtime, which looked fabulous, so decided to have an early lunch. the staff was very courteous and we could sit outside and bring the three dogs. water. and bowls were provided for the dogs. we had a prawn salad, fish and chips and burgers. all our meals were delicious, like the guinness. it was a very pleasant experience that was increased by the weather and the intention. will be calling again
Stumbled upon this place, while driving from Galway to Belfast. Great roast Sunday lunch and all the staff were wonderfully hospitable
Went here for family dinner place in need of demolition food ok over priced glasses had lipstick still on them knife/forks were not clean wouldn't recommend
The price we paid for our stay was higher than what we could have paid at a four-star hotel in Belfast, where we believe the standards would have been much better. The restaurant experience was also subpar, with dirty cutlery and empty and dirty salt and pepper mills provided with our curry dish. The servers seemed disinterested and more focused on their own conversations rather than attending to our needs. On our last day, the breakfast was poorly cooked and the cleaning staff seemed disorganized and not attentive to guest needs. The hotel is in a good location, but the lack of attention to detail and outdated facilities make it not worth the cost. Management needs to address these issues and upgrade their processes and standards.
