This is one of the smallest towns around, but despite that it has terrific food at the Trestle Brewing Company. I got the Steak Bites which are larger than bite sized steak so they could be cooked medium rare just as I like them. Whatever seasoning is used on them just makes them better than any steak I've had before. I plan to stop here every time I pass through central Idaho.

It's been a few years since we enjoyed dinner in this facility, but I doubt it has changed. I'm afraid to find something.
