Davo's Trattoria On Nuwarra

My partner and I love this place , service is always amazing when we dine in but tonight we got takeaway, we had the chicken boscaiola and chicken mushroom risotto and what can I say the picture says it all we nearly licked the plates, wish I could rate this place higher than a 5 , I couldn’t recommend this place enough you have to check it out

I've been to Davos only a few times, all times been have been average for me.<br/ <br/ The restaurant itself feels very old. Needs a good renovation.<br/ The menu is not too expensive for prices but the dishes themselves always arrive with an excessive amount of garnish. Dull it back and just serve food.<br/ <br/ It does take a while to get service from the waiters and waitresses.<br/ <br/ The food is great though. Cooked well. I'd recommend to try the food.

I had driven past Davo 's everyday for about a year before I finally had the chance to try them out. Great service, delicious food, and such a great atmosphere! We had the garlic bread to start off with which was great! For my mains I ordered the linguine with prawns and pancetta which has sauteed prawns, pancetta, green beans (which I asked for mine without), olive oil and stock sauce with a hint of garlic and finished with parmesan cheese! It was so good!! I am absolutely obsessed with fresh pasta dishes like this! My friend ordered the 'gnocchi formaggio ' and it was superb! Absolutely fell in love with this dish. The cheese sauce was absolute perfection!

Davo’s Trattoria is an Italian restaurant located in Moorebank, about 27 kilometres south-west of Sydney. They serve up a wide range of authentic Italian dishes. Traditional wood fired pizza and al dente pasta are their specialities. The decor has a tuscan feel to it. I was introduced to Davo’s by a friend after returning from a stint overseas. I was convinced early on that this was one of the best Italian restaurants in this part of Sydney. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. It’s best to make a reservation if looking to head there on the weekend. It does tend to fill up. This is a great place for families.

We took away. Food was better than expected and for the portion, there was value for money.
