The service here is incredible! I ordered kiosk on the self service and the process was smooth and efficient. the staff was very friendly and my food was quickly prepared. the restaurant is very clean and comfortable to be. the free wifi is also a bonus. great place to go when you see looking for qualitatiw high quality food in a pleasant environment.

Ordered a bowl of soup because the cup is tiny, received less than one cup of soup in a bowl. The amount we pay to buy something with this company is creepy as it is, but then they shorten customers half their food! That was over $9 and for soup! That's crazy! If I had taken this and poured into a pan, it would be equipped with room. Why do we pay $9 for a pan of soup and why is the service so poor that the article will be sent half full!? Ridiculous!

Here on a Saturday waiting for a Rapid? I ordered an hour ago. I'd cancel it and ask for a refund, but there's no one to talk to. The dining room and the passage are packed at 2 o'clock. Many people are waiting. Bad overworked employees who look weakened and overwhelmed. I'm not accusing them, I'm accusing the office. Rent more people and pay them better! Prices have risen astronomerically and quality has decreased. Strange. Update:10/24 I am a complete gluton to punishment and if my children were not obsessed with this place we were done. Has a $70 order for dinner delivery and a 20% tip after taking care of my cancer-damaged mother all day. Order never shown and no one at the location would answer the phone. Sure I can get a refund tomorrow.

Good food. Mostly, you can't get a stand b/c that didn't clean the tables. Bathroom not always clean and dining room floor.. especially among the stands where they do not look. When are you bringing back the loaded pot soup?

I came in to pick up a Doordash. I asked for a drink. The charge? $3.78. Nearly $4 for a drink while I deliver their order. I was shocked, I double checked with the young male cashier. $3.78? Yes he said I just needed something to drink. Just one. Nothing to eat Yes that's how much a fountain drink is. Appalled, I gave him a $5 but NEVER again. That's obscene greed.
