Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Fellowship

Well we orderd Chicken sandwich... Plain , I had the Chicken Pot Pie . Food came out nice hot , but 1 problem ... the chicken breast wasn 't completely done ... it was so THICK on one end . Sent it back ... a lil while later ... they come with another ... cut it ... still not completely done . So here comes the Manager Brittney ... she says I 'll handle this . Came back personally with the sandwich fries, HOT DONE ! I love the way she handled the situation, not only that ... for our inconvienice .... comped my wife 's meal . Glas to see there 's still some good customer service workers out there .

We had a party of eight of us. We called ahead to have our tables reserved. When we got there our table was almost ready. Great service. Great food. Highly recommend this location

The ambiance at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen in Ocala is fantastic, creating a relaxing atmosphere with its laid-back decor. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service. They all seemed motivated and happy to be there. The food was delicious—we had the Cheddar's Painkiller drink, Garlic Tilapia Shrimp, and Ribeye Steak. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!
