Bidrage med feedbackWell, I didn't even order anything. I tried to but Whitney, the woman helping me, was so impossibly rude I opted to take my business elsewhere. I wasn't actually going to complain because I ended up deciding that maybe she was having a bad day. However, After getting back to my job and telling my coworkers about the incident we all 3 realized we had similar incidents with the same worker. Coworkers who now go out of their way to eat subway at the nearby stores rather than having more interactions with this woman. I can tell you now...whoever the owner is...this woman is costing you business. Would love to talk to customer service about the actual incident.
Walked in to get a sandwich at 6:53 pm. The worker was making a sandwich for a man and 2 children. After walking in she informed us she was closed. I said what time do you close? She responded I just closed....not I close at 7 pm which we were at least 5 minutes before that closing time. It was strange and everytime I try to go to this location in the last 6 months they're always closed and it doesn't correlate to posted hours. I have tried to support their business but after this it's the final straw. I know it's a franchise , so I'll go to a Subway that that operates normally and cares about the customer and making money.
Worse service ever, she took over 20 mins with only one costumer, refused to let me use the restroom saying that they don’t have one when they do, just a bad experience all around. Plenty people just got frustrated and left, and I’m definitely never coming back to this one
Elderly lady seems VERY over worked. That I won’t hold her accountable for. Subway get your employee some help!!
Changed to 5 Stars because the owner took the time to reply to my rating. And I think that makes up for whatever had me come with the 4 stars in the first place. It seems like in todays busy world. Customer Service has vanished and I'm constantly approached, greeted, or served with an attitude. The nicer I am and the more polite I am, only gets even worse service. And this is a trend in every city and county here.... So thank you for being wise enough to see what people are saying and how they felt about coming into your Subway.
