Papa Johns Pizza - Federal Way

We ordered at 4 PM on their website, and were told that our wait time was going to be 20 minutes. We checked back around 5 PM and realized they had canceled the order with no call or not update on anything. Terrible customer service.

Took 1.5 hrs to deliver and they have shady practices. They charged my credit card and placed another order through door dash as a cash order because they had no drivers. Door dash drivers arrived demanding cash payment when I was already charged through card already. Managers said that they can't do anything and figure it out with door dash. I didn't even order from door dash but as the customer, I have to solve the issue between them? 2 cold pizzas and a 2 hour nightmare for 50 dollars. Save your time and headache and get pizza from literally anywhere else.

They always work so hard! Busy everytime I come in. Even if all hands are on deck preparing the orders I am always acknowledged when I walk in. Yummy pizza. Great spot

I really wanted a New York Style crust, ordered carryout late on a Sunday and the pizza was made perfect! Perfect amount of toppings and the authentic style crust I was craving!

Me and my family ordered pizzas the week of Christmas for pick up at the restaurant. Their email instructions state that you must have your hazards on and park in the parking lot in front of the building. Then they will bring it out to you. We waited for 30 minutes. Me and my wife discussed whether someone should go in and ask. No notifications, employees looking out the window at the vehicle and not coming out. After 50 minutes I go inside. It is chaos. I manage to flag an employee down and ask about our order. He is severely rude, walks to a shelf and looks at some pizzas stacked on one another. He says not ready yet Being polite, I say okay and wait an additional 20 minutes. A different employee asks if I have been helped. I told him I 'm waiting for pizzas. I give him the name. He then goes to the same pizza shelf and says oh here it is! It was done. Someone should have brought this out to you. Sorry about that. TL:DR, waited 70 minutes for employees to find out my order should have been walked out to us, and had to grab it myself.
