Bidrage med feedbackPlaced a mobile order last night, little after 8. Selected drive thru, knowing that more than likely the doors are locked after a certain time. Waited for a good bit patiently. Went to pick up my order and noticed a drink was missing. We quickly checked and saw it didn 't have 2 milk teas. That 's on me, I accept that. But when I said oh, can I buy another one real quick? The young guy working said, Uhh, the lines pretty long. Can you go around? Around? Like back in line for one drink? He said, yeah.. If it was a lot of food or multiple things, I get it. But 1 milk tea. May not be as quick as a regular fountain drink, but after I waited while order was already done and never was rude. And I can 't go walk in, must use the drive thru.. I might go out of my way to go a little further, just to avoid this ones service.
Over priced, scuzzy looking place, then I got home and half my meal was missing, when I returned the cashier was short with me like I did something wrong. So basically, I paid just under $40.00 for a fast food meal, had to eat it cold after I got all the way back home. Not a single apology from the staff. My house hold agreed never to return to this specific jack n the box, update, 6 month later ended up returning... they forgot my drink and the ranch I asked for.. update.... tried eating here again and the drive thru employee told me to hold on he will be with me in a minute. I sat and sat wasting gas for seven minutes. I then politely asked... hello and I was told. I told you I was busy I will be with you in a minute... I just left. Screw this place....Caucasian male tall with glasses. Night time 12 midnight shift. Get rid of this ungrateful employee. Your loosing money.
It's fast food, and probably not the best fast food, but their tacos are a guilty pleasure.
Clean and great experience. Fast service and the food was great. Refreshing change vs what I have experienced at other locations.
Rude to customers. We repeated our order 3 times and they still got it wrong. When we told her, her response was You didn 't order that! I think we know what we just ordered. Look, mistakes happen, however when it was brought up she instantly placed the blame on us. We won 't ever go there again.
