Today got yelled at by server!! The new servers are extremely rude!! We ordered food with no veggies, but it comes out with onion and garnish in the soup. The misunderstanding was fine. What's not okay is when the server yelled at us, saying if you don't want onion, next time we gotta tell them specifically and angrily walked away. The restaurant wasn't busy, there's only one other table beside us at the time. When the rest of the food comes out, there's no eyes contact, no interaction with us. They never check on our table and completely ignored us the entire time. The food is really good that's why we want to support the restaurant, but these new staffs, for sure we won't be planning to come back anytime soon. Response to owner comment: yes I understand what she was saying and I didn't reject her explanation. We ordered at this restaurant multiple times before and always get it with no veggies, previous staffs got it on point. Her voice with the mask wasn't loud because of the mask but frustrated. She didn't offer a solution, but insisted that we should have say it different next time. Also it doesn't explain the facts that our table was never checked on when the table next to us was. There was only one table before us and before we left, only two other tables came. You also mentioned about garnish in the soup, I only say it because since I don't eat veggies, I don't know what else was in there besides onion.

The lemongrass beef tasted like pot roast, not at all like lemongrass. The pho with beef in beef broth had 3 bite sized pieces of beef and tons of veggies. It was more of a vegetable soup and didn’t taste like beef broth, it wasn’t worth the price. Over all it tastes very American not at all like Vietnamese. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

DISAPPOINTED. Pho lacked meat even after paying for extra meat. Had about 2 slices of brisket. Paid so much money to just get a bowl of broth never coming back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
