Mcdonald's - Fayetteville

I was in this mcdonald 's several times with small problems that were not too big of a deal to me, but this last time was bad. his 4 o'clock, I just worked 12 hours and tried to get quick simple eating on my way home. my roommate/coworker and I decided that this would be a good option and she mentions a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich that sounds good so I decide to get the classic chicken deluxe sandwich. we get the meal, middle pommes, but big mcfrappes. the one who took our order was beautiful, has everything right on the screen. they didn't give us our acknowledgement, which was strange, but no big thing. the man in the second window was rude. he was very volatile and a bit repulsive. we asked for a thing of the buffalo sauce and he sighed as if he was upset and said that "will be 32 cent. And then looked impatient with us while we counted on some changes for a single sauce package. I don't care to pay for it if that's a thing for which they pay (although I thought they were charged only for extra sauces? not one sose? but he didn't have to be rude about it. also the order was not correct. the drinks they gave us were medium, not big. but since he gave it to us, and then basically dismissed us and closed the window, we did not disturb each other. we didn't have the reception either. but what really upset me about this trip was the way both sandwiches were labeled as regular chicken sandwiches, no more spicy. So my roommate took it and ate one of the sandwiches, while I did something and then I took a bit of my sandwich, finally ready to eat, and it was sharp, just badly marked. appetit ruined, I couldn't eat that sandwich. I only ate my pommes and had to throw away the rest. I hate to waste food, and I hate to write bad crispy, but that was really unacceptable.

The cashier was friendly and professional. Only a few minutes to get my order, my iced coffee was just right. Restroom is always clean. I really like that. ?

The overweight gentleman with long dark hair and glasses that works nights is always very unpleasant and makes it known that checking me out from the order I placed is a huge inconvenience for him every. Single. Time. He's very dismissive and the state of his uniform has made us lose our appetite. The food is consistently cold and the drink station is in really, really bad shape. The day shift is amazing is nothing close to this, definitely avoid this place at night.

I went through the drive thru tonight and the guys who said he was the manager was rude. They didn't get my order right and he told me I would have to go back through and reorder what I wanted and pay for it. That was after he spilled drinks down the side of my car and didn't even apologize. I went back to the window, because there was a line, asked for his name and he told me he didn't have time to talk to me. Slammed the window and walked away.

Me: I don 't mind waiting for fresh made out-of-the-fryer... Window: absolutely sir we will make it fresh to order! Me: totally disappointed 100% of the time when fries are soggy and cold burgers are slopped together with 360° ketchup everywhere. Somehow I always end up there in a pinch and it 's the same story over and over. Finally getting around to leaving the one star that I should have left years ago.
