Kfc - Fayetteville

I love KFC! This location seems either slow or busy, rarely in between. Their food is awesome and I love their customer service. Yes, here and there my order is wrong. But I've just gotten in the habit of walking in for my order and double checking before leaving. If there's a mistake, they're nice and quickly correct it. I don't see it as much effort on my end and I'm pleased with their good attitudes despite being busy and or making a mistake. Many many other places will have a very bad attitude and take it out on customers. I've never seen that once there and that wins my loyalty. Thank you!!!!

Don't leave here if you're with the eats. they gave the driver a hard time and did not let him in to pick up my order. the order was sealed and lacked 3/4 of the items I ordered and paid. I tried to talk to a manager to find out where they were uncooperatiw with a service they decided to work with him. someone picked up and hanged up immediately without saying a word. I called back, they hung up again. to come, I ordered over eaten from them and did not get 2 of the 4 drinks I paid. never again.

Hot, fresh and accurate order. great customer service. You can't say so much about every ride today.

I order 3 pieces white what I have 2 chest and 1 wing. my side was cole Slav with sweet tee. the tee was not sweet. I ate the wing it was good, the cole Slav tasted old. I didn't finish it. then I ate the breast I felt sick. so it went. never again

I have been eating at kfc for years. The staff rude and so.is the gm. I asked a question about wings. Something I have been ordering for years. First she dies nit knowhow to speak to.a paying customer and second she did not accommodate my request.
