Bidrage med feedbackI was told by the very large guy running the cash register he would throw my order in the trash because I asked why it would take 30 minutes to make one number 2 with no pickles. Instead of getting orders in place he proceeded to let me know I knownothing about the business ????true guess we all need some lessons
Who the heck decided to let people see the menu AFTER they order!?!??? What if someone HASNT EATEN THERE BEFORE or I don?t know HASN?T MEMORIZED THE MENU? Complaint 2: Get these workers some shade and a glass of water Complaint 3: Why did they changefrom 6 to 5 nuggets? I asked for six because the menu is after you order as seen in complaint 1) and they act like I?m crazyfor not memorizing the menu. 6 is the perfect amount of chicken when you don?t want a lot but don?t want a little. Complaint4: Spicy chicken strips when Complaint 5: stop making it so addictive people literally sit in the middle of intersectionswaiting in line for Chick-fil-A blocking all of traffic near the mall.
I haven't visited this place for a long time, but I had no bad experience at any location. My mobile app order was prepared for me in less than 5 minutes and I was back out of the door. the line is in the usually long near the time of the morning, especially on game or special events like the garth brooks concert last weekend. they were able to keep traffic with minimal blockades near by crossing. I have always argued about which place served the best huh and I always let it know they can be
This is the slowest Chick Fil A EVER. The remodeling did absolutely nothing to help with efficiency and speed of the drive thru. The “express” lane is now slower than the regular drive thru lane. It’s literally faster to go all the way to the college CFA and back than trying to go to this CFA.
The new owners of MLK are amazing! They are everything CFA stands for and treats employees as guests with compassion! So glad this location has new owners. So much better! Food is always fast and accurate! ?
