That’s the explanation of cheap pricing. Do not expect specialty coffee shop quality. The guy whom I asked for Turkish coffee beans advised me to get Brazilian beans. But when I got home, I noticed that I was given a medium roast. Who knows it was from Brazil? Turkish coffee is made best out of Brazil Santos region which is dark roast. I’m sure I didn’t get that. When I was kid my Turkidh coffee was served with milk 35 years ago, now I get to drink my coffee like my parents always got it from Nuri Toplar.
