Bidrage med feedbackI ordered a steak and cheese melt online, but when I got home, the cheese was not melted in the middle at all. I went back to the restaurant and asked for it to be remade. The person remade my sandwich by cutting it in half and putting it in a brown bag, rolling it up. I questioned why it was done this way instead of leaving it open-faced on an oven tray. The response was that it's a melt and that's how Subway tells them to make it. I didn't bother asking for a correct remake and instead took it home and put it in the air fryer. I paid $16 plus a 30% tip to essentially teach the sandwich artist how to make it and almost had to do it all myself.
The restaurant is nice, but the front door is broken. It swung back on me and I got a bad bruise (luckily, just a bruise). I'm young so it's no big deal, but be careful when entering.
I had a great experience at this Subway restaurant. The management was very involved and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food looked fresh and the store was extremely clean. I highly recommend it.
The staff was very helpful and made the sandwiches exactly as ordered.
Closing the store early before the posted closing time in my book is extremely bad customer service. Wednesday August 31 at 8:55pm door to the store was locked. All the lights were on and the two guys behind the counter just sat and started at me. Themanager on duty should take classes in successful business practices as im sure the owner would like to know that the businessis being ran by lazy do the bare minimum staff. What a joke.
