Jouni Meat - Farmington Hills

I’m a regular customer of Jouni meat. Today too I I bought lamb leg and a chicken from there. Jouni receipt shows lamb 10.5 lbs and chicken 2.5 lbs, where as the actual weight taken at my home scale shows lamb 7.6 lbs and Chicken 2.56 lbs. why is this difference in case of lamb? Other customers please check too.

Excellent variety and quality and such a sparkling clean shop! Their marinades and spice blends are amazing, which they're happy to tweak to order and it's my go-to spot for meat to BBQ or to have on hand for the week. The the burgers are incredibly friendly, patient and helpful.
