7-eleven - Farmers Branch

There was supposed to be a sale on Monsters, 3 for $6.50, and on Red Bulls, 2 for $5. However, the store did not honor the signage on the shelf or on the store front windows. Another customer and I both had issues with this and were told that the sales had not started yet. After the other customer left, the employees at the registers said that the sales actually started that day, but claimed it was not in the system. They did not provide us with receipts either. I was in a hurry and did not have time to wait for it, as I was already late for work after dropping my son off at daycare. I will not be using 7-11 anymore.

The restaurant closed its doors at 11:20 PM with customers still waiting outside. An employee let in a customer picking up an order but locked the door on other customers. Advertising 24-hour service is misleading in this case.

This is the second time this has happened to me. I am currently at the restaurant at 12:30am and the doors are locked. A worker signaled to me that it is closed. It is supposed to be open 24 hours, or at the very least, update the hours on the website.
