Mcdonald's - Fareham

Ordered for delivery through mcdonalds app. For the second consecutive order my main burger was missing. Phoned restaurant, who apparantly had no record of my order.

Terrible service! Every time we come here for the drive through, we are always asked to park in the car park while they prep the food (even when it's not that busy). They are so unorganised it's a joke. Don't know why they can't anticipate people coming around dinner time being a fast food restaurant. Won't come here anymore, can't take the miserable staff either

Me and my son were there today and realised it was still breakfast so we ordered some drinks so we could wait for lunch . When lunch started we went to order our food when a very obnoxious young boy manager said we couldn’t order food and they had a glitch which they didn’t have when they were serving breakfast . He did apologise but in a smug way . I then got angry and he started to smugly think he was better than me and said he would call the police . As I went to leave he said some obnoxious words so I turned round to say excuse me and he then proceeded to go and push the little man alarm . I then left without even eating . Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I’m was the customer so and in the right . I would like the guy to be reprimanded and taught how to speak to customers not look down on then.

Customers are a inconvenience to this team, if you have to ask for something your met by sarcastic replies and just pure rudeness. Half my order was wrong or missing. Just a shamble of a restaurant! If you have more then one drink you won't receive a cup holder and dint bother trying to ask as no one bothers to come to the counter to help. Absolute joke

This is not the first time we have driven through the drive through and not received what we asked for when we have arrived home to eat it. Think the person taking the order needs to be more professional and ensure the order is correct at the pick up point
