Coriandewr - Fareham

So we ordered online as I couldn 't be bothered to go out to get anything. Thought it would probably be busy on a weekend, but were happy to wait the 45 mins the website said. We waited. After 90 minutes I called them. Took two goes for them to answer the phone. When they did, got a feeble excuse well there 's only one driver on tonight, he is very busy . Well, yes, I imagine he is, seeing as you 're the only Indian that does online ordering in the area, and it 's a weekend. I can see from a lot of the previous reviews that this isn 't the first time this has happened. Perhaps you should consider hiring another driver? Anyway, when the food arrived it was at least hot. The bread was good, chicken tikka was good. Curries, not so much. The 3 different veggie curries we ordered were all basically the same, and made with 90% potato instead of mixed vegetables. The chicken curry was passable, but I 've made better myself, which isn 't what I expect when I order out. Won 't be ordering again. What a shame.

My food took 2hrs to be delivered and once it arrived it was stone cold and the popadoms where soggy when i phoned up the girl on the phone said i was lying about the food being cold and argued with me she refused to give me a refund or to send me out new hot food when i ask to talk to a manager she said he was not there then she contiued to argue with me then she just hung up on me she also gave me advice to re-heat the take away but i had chips and nuggets as well as the korma she was very rude and its disapointing as food is normally good but i wont be using them again after tonights experience

I placed an order at 6:30 pm and didn't receive it until 9:50 pm, all because two drivers couldn't find me even though others from the same restaurant had no issues before. I called three times for updates but only received apologies, not information. The owner finally brought the meal with many apologies, but it was almost 10 pm and the food was cold. They microwaved it, but who wants to eat that late after ordering over 3 hours ago? I won't be ordering from this restaurant again.

This restaurant experience was one of the worst I've had in a long time. Our order took 2 hours to arrive, despite being told it would only take 30 minutes. I ordered a vegetarian dish (Paneer Tikka) but it was filled with chicken. The vegetable vindaloo had no vegetables in it, and the cauliflower in the aloo gobi was still frozen. I had to make multiple phone calls and emails through hungryhouse.com to process a complaint and get a refund. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

3.5hrs late for delivery. Crappy excuses. Money taken and yet no goods. Avoid at all costs. Going to bed hungry and out of pocket
