Ambrosia - FANO

I came a Saturday at lunch and there are few words to describe this place: That's super. we made the degotation of all the dishes of the day and all the dishes were delicious. I'll definitely come back.

Very kind and explanatory staff on everything. the change of type of dishes every day enriches the menu of gouits and the opportunity of flavors. the possibility to make a degotation of the various dishes present in the menu, finally, is the cherry on the cake.

This restaurant is a wonderful place in Fa Historicno! We met the owner and his brother very kind and accommodating. It is clear that they care about their customers and the quality of food! The menu is completely vegetarian but many items have been easily editable for vegans. We shared dumplings with nettles and a potato tart with vegetable side along with an amazing cheesecake dessert. The kitchen was clearly made and served with local love and ingredients. This restaurant is located in a beautiful corner of the old town of Fano. We had the pleasure of knowing the owner is his very kind and friendly brother. The menu is completely vegetarian but almost all dishes can be vegan also because they are made at the moment. We shared dumplings with nettle, potato tart and bietole and a superb citrus pie. The dishes were clearly made and served with love and especially with local products.

Questo Ristorante si trova in un bellissimo angolo del centro storico di Fano. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere la proprietaria è suo fratello entrambe molto gentili e cordiali. Il menù è completamente vegetariano ma quasi tutti i piatti posso essere vegani anche perchè fatti al momento. Abbiamo condiviso gli gnocchi all’ortica, la crostata di patate e bietole ed una superba cheesecake agli agrumi. I piatti erano chiaramente fatti e serviti con amore e sopratutto con prodotti locali.

Sono venuta un sabato a pranzo e non ho parole per descrivere questo posto: veramente superbo. Abbiamo optato per la degustazione di tutti i piatti del giorno e ognuno di essi era delizioso. Tornerò sicuramente.
