If it’s fast food you want I don’t recommend this kfc but recommend the one in Casaurina precinct, if you walk in to place an order to the touch screens you will be waiting 10-20 mins just to receive your food, I went in here Saturday I was the only one who physical ordered inside the restaurant via the touch screen systems cars were just coming and going through the drive through and their orders are priority, the staff have no respect, touching fries with their bare hands no gloves and putting them back in with the other fries under the light to keep them warm, I ordered two zinger stacker burgers chicken was dry and crunchy was fried for the second time then put together cheese melted then went hard again so they obviously had my food ready they just let it sit for 20 mins before the guy behind the counter bothered to get off his phone and actually serve me my food, absolutely appalling service, definitely not fast food, 20 mins for 2 burgers with like 6 staff working , use the precinct restaurant food done within a couple minutes
