Mcdonald's - Fallston

I’ve given this place way too many chances for how consistently disappointing it is. food was dried up, cold and just terrible. never coming back

This McDonald's is the absolute worst! What used to be convenient and a good value is neither at this location.Placed an order in the McDonald's app five minutes before arriving and selected curbside pickup. Pulled into the curbside pickup spot and entered it into the app. Twenty minutes later and after the drive thru lane had already cleared, still no food and a hungry child. Had to go into the restaurant and ask where our food was. Wasn't the first instance of this happening at this location.With the cost of McDonald's continuing to climb, no longer making it the value it once was, and the horrendous service, will start looking at alternatives.

I had a very simple order- nugget kids meals, a number 7, and an Oreo McFlurryIn the kids meal I got the wrong side and no sauce.I didn’t get the McFlurry at the drive so I had to park and go inside. Everyone minus one employee was on their phone. I asked for the McFlurry and she hands me the ice cream with the Oreo just lumped on top. I had to specifically ask her to mix it.And each time I go to the particular McDonald’s service seems to get worse.

Fast efficient service using the app and the drive thru. Food was hot and fresh.

Overcooked chicken sandwich, so dry and it had been sitting for hoursKid-friendliness: My granddaughter is hooked on.the 6 or 10pc happy meal.its the ONLY reason I go there.
