The Chophouse - FALLS CREEK

The service was great and we got our food pretty quick. The wings and sides were good. The brisket and chicken were a bit dry but we're still tasty. The only negative was that the veggies were super salty. Still tasty and okay to eat with some cornbread and coleslaw but hard to eat on its own. Overall, a nice place with some decent portion sizes.

Fantastic place to get good food and drinks. I loved the atmosphere and staff was very attentive. Will be back for sure.

Friendly service. We had the chicken wings, sweet potato fries and pulled pork with slaw. All dishes were tasty and in particular liked the smoked BBQ apple sauce that went with them! Great feed after a day at the snows :

Very nice food and friendly service. Me and my partner we ate pork shoulder and roasted chicken. Everything was delicious. Especially loved coleslaw and corn bread which were served with the meal. They mixed up our order a bit but offered complimentary chips and hot tea with milk (not even on the menu). Highly recommended place for dinner at Falls Creek.

Fantastic Dining Room The Chophouse is a restaurant /bar that features Louisiana style BBQ (cooked/ served with more sauce , Texas classics usually a dry rub) with tasteful US and local riffs on sides, including fantastic vegetarian options. Go the Mushroom Wings we doubled down they were so good. Portions sizes are generous, and service is quick and friendly. Wine list is excellent, and Beers on Draught are solid Melbourne craft, coupled with a Japanese lager, that in 2022 seems to be everywhere on tap at Falls..? But the room..Really lovely fit out with vintage touches and amazing woodcraft finishes. After a certain hour, the joint transforms as a DJ takes their place, so if you’re after a change up in gear you don’t to trudge the snow down anywhere else to round off the night. All up, a great addition to the many fantastic hospitality options on the Hill.
