I hate writing this, but hope management can read it. the customer service for management needs a quantity improvement. the server were nice but why in the world would they only take cash for tips? in the round, would they not make sure that their server will be conveniently paid? So I ate there and asked if they took cards. the server replied: yes, we do. then, when it was time to pay the bill $26), the dame behind the register, processed the payment and only for eating. there was no way to tap the server. I said, I can tap with the card, replied annoyingly: cash only for tip smh then when I told her I really felt bad for not taping the server, she rolled her eyes, and then pulled a square type of payment processor, and asked how much I wanted to type. I answered $4 . she said too small, make it $5 .so, I visited this place when it was 88 straight out, and they didn't have their ac on. they are the greedy and stable principles that have 0 consideration for customers and servers that really disturb me here. I will not be back at this place and hope that the server will find another restaurant to work.

We had horrible experiences at Lacay restaurant. Poor customer service, long wait and over price. 30$ for Bun dau mam tom was wast of money. The restaurant was not very clean. It’s completely not worth the wait. Stay away from this restaurant. There was hang around at the cashier counter. God know when it going to jump in your bowl of soup!

Ordered two things carryout for $24.44. Somehow the order turned out to be $29.65 after taxes, cash only. They are sneaking in extra bill and refusing to take credit cards even though there is a credit card machine to steal the tax out of you. Being charged a few extra dollars isn't a big deal, but it seems like they're running scam on the side with their business.

Their food is amazing, especially the new dishes sticky rice dumplings with crispy rice crackers and their crab hot pot are so so good. Their noodles are also pretty authentic. Strongly recommend this place.Ngon lam moi nguoi oi. Banh it ram Hue, lau cua dong va hu tieu mi rat chuan. Moi nguoi den Eden nen thu nhe.

Great food, friendly and great service!!!I love all the food and drinks, they are very delicious and tasty. Especially the beef crispy noodles, the stir fried beef cube and Vietnamese coffee.If you guys come during busy hours, be patient, it worth the wait!!!
