Connell's Club 12 - Fall Creek

So sad this place closed. New owner made some great improvements. Salad bar and soup was great. Expanded menu and descent food at a reasonable cost. Communities need to help our small business owners. Supper clubs are special and it is sad to see another one close.

Worst experiences you can get from a restaurant that was good previously. The supper club feel is good, the food is bad and lacking taste and overpriced... the service is slow and lacking detail along with not as friendly. Would rather go somewhere else that is better overall.

I made reservations for my family to meet for dinner between Christmas and New Years (we all came in from different directions)...and when we arrived they were closed. Not a car in the lot. No sign. No call to cancel the reservation. Their sign clearly said they were open on that day, as well as all their listed hours. No notifications anywhere on social media. So then there were six of us scrambling to find a place which would accommodate six last minute. Nothing but issues with these new owners. Do better. I'd plead to bring back the frog legs, but after this we'll never be back. Terrible business practice. And don't get me started on our experience with their Wissota location.

Worst experience. The waitress was obviously new. Took 30 minutes to get a drink. The silverware was splotchy and gross looking. Both dressings we wanted they didn't have. No stuffed shrimp or filet mignon. Finally got a few crackers with cheese but no pop overs as everyone after us did. My broiled fish was good, husbands deep fried was stringy. The waitress never asked how our meal was. There were fruit flies or something flying around. Very disappointed in this business.

When we came to connell, they had our reservation and we didn't have to wait too long for our table. our waiter was levi and he made an excellent job from beginning to end. very attentive. we were a bit disappointed by our eating. the fish was good. the claw is not good at all. very tart/sour tasting. a person in our party had chicken kiew, which she had many paintings at the CF location and liked it. it was $26 and she did it, but even likes it.
