A&W - Fairview

Waited at the drive-through for longer than usual. Ordered a coffee with 2 creams and 2 honeys. They gave me a creamed watered down coffee with a bag of two honeys and a stir stick. Do they literally not have the time of day to stir honey into my coffee. Communist!I will now stick with a more traditional Canadian coffee and food service. The great Tim’s!

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at any breakfast restaurant. Stood at the till for over 5 minutes. Not one of the employees said hello or even made eye contact or said it will be a few minutes. Nothing. There are flies all over everything. They didn’t seem to care. Must be Norma where they are from.. They put all their focus on drive through. After my wait I left and went to Tim Hortons. I will NEVER go here again. Horrible experience.

This was my worst A&W experience. Waited for service at the counter for 5+ minutes, then 10+ for my food. As the tray came towards me I said I asked for take out and in frustration food was tossed into a bag. When I received the bags I asked for my drinks. As I waited for them I had a hash brown and it was cold a greasy. Finally got everything and off I went. Sandwiches were hot. But the amount of egg shells I feel was unnecessary. Very sad dot Fairview, this place has gone down

Very slow, wasnt very busy either. ? quality isn't very great either compared to other a&w's.

Worst experience ever, got my order wrongThe lady in the kitchen came to ask what I wanted in the burger, but still got it wrong.Never coming back, worst experience as a customer.
