Pizza Hut - FAIRPORT

Excellent Buffalo wings. Good pizza. Great staff. They were prompt, friendly, and took good care of me.

It took over an hour and a half to get to us. The pizza was dry. We asked for extra hot sauce, they sent us three blue cheese. The wings were tough to chew.

Great food but they really are under staffed for lunch and seems they are always out of pizza at 12 pm most times and out of all kinds except cheese. If you want anything for take out better call ahead for pickup or you will wait for minimum 20-30 min

Took more than an hour and a half when we ordered hours before hand. I am very disappointed and all they offered us was 25% off the next order. There will be no next order, I will never be going back. Called one of the managers and he basically told me I was being unreasonable. I ended up just picking up the order myself because I obviously could not rely on them. Tried to give the new pizza place a try and I regret it. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

A thicker chewier kind of crust that has a sweetness to it or the sauce does. Regardless it's very tasty! The wings are good and my daughter loves the sweet and sour boneless style
