Wendy's - Fairmont

We ordered crispy chicken sandwiches and jr cheeseburger deluxe. When we got home (after waiting 20 minutes for the food to come out) none of the sandwiches had any toppings on them. They were just buns and meat. My husband went back to get the right sandwiches and they him they wouldn’t replace them or refund us. The drive through is typically rude. The good is still Wendy's and great but most other Wendy's get a 4 or 5 star on service not a 1.

I've been here multiple times and the food is always good. Occasionally there are issues and rude staff, but, that seems to sort itself out on its own. Rude people don't last long anywhere that deals with people. My most favorite part of getting Wendy's is the fries. I will go here for fries even if I got pizza from somewhere else. I don't know how they make them so good, but, I'll allow it. Keep up the good work!

No dine-in in the middle of the day (1:30pm) means no business. We're not doing drive thru for you. McDonalds got filled with people coming from the Wendy's parking lot.

I ordered an original honey chicken biscuit with 2 slices of cheese and bacon. What did I get? 1 slice of cheese and no bacon, and it was on the spicy chicken, not regular. I ordered a side of Seasoned Potatoes and the container was half full of not fresh potatoes. Additionally they screwed up the sauces that I asked for. They were not busy.
