Teriyaki Madness - Fairfield

Order them to eat here both by their delivery service and personally. every time they have my order right and the quality is excellent; very consistent. with celia I really appreciate that they offer gluten-free teriyaki dishes that are delicious.

Order got skipped!!! I waited an extra 30 minutes and still got the order wrong. It's not even crowded. Idk I'll give it one more try

Recently moved into the neighborhood and thought I'd go try a new place! The food was really good. I can't wait to go back to try the orange chicken. The teryaki chicken and teriyaki beef were both really good.

Went to get food there for the first time. The front counter girl helped the customer in front of me, told me to hold on when it was my turn, left the counter, and went by the drink machines... She had her personal phone on speaker phone and was clearly on customer service with someone for a personal matter... after several minutes, a cook went over to her and told her I was still waiting. She waved them off and pretended I wasn't even there... after a few more minutes, I left the business... Some of the worst customer service I've EVER experienced. Not sure about the food, since I was never given a chance to try the food, and I never will I guess, because I will not pay money to a business with rude staff members.

Eh, it was ok. Easy walk from the hotel I was at is probably the best thing I can say. Chicken was a little rubbery. Somehow I can never find a sauce like the ones back in the day. Not sweet enough now.
