Definitely one of the better underground shops. Only one person worked when I got in, but she nailed it. She worked through the very large amount fast and professional, never showing irritation to a slow request or a customer error, and there were some of them. Note customers if you want DON'T to put the guacamole on the chickens guacamole wrap, say, so BEFORE the employee starts to put it on! The same applies to the points on your subway maps! The rest of us will not have to wait while the only employee there will erase everything to fix your mistake, hang up your phone and pay attention! She (the employee) remembered to turn off gloves on every money transaction, clean pnes after, and kept the work area clear so if someone didn't want pickle juice or onion, she didn't get it on her food. Very clean workroom, even if the only employee was visible during the lunch break. I give her 5 stars because she was amazing under so much pressure from all these customers and never throw food on anyone or was unprofessional. For companies, get this woman's help and an increase. She is definitely a fortune for your company.
