Pj's Coffee - Fairfield

Friendly staff; great service! The beignets were warm, flaky and tasty. The apple cinnamon scones were ok; be prepared to wait while it heats up. Too bad they ran out of the blueberry scones I came for, maybe I'll get to try those next time. Convenient location, and lots of parking available in the lot they share with a newly constructed Kids Empire.

It was my first time here and I was curious what New Orleans coffee was all about (since I?ve never been there). I don?t really get the whole New Orleans marketing part though. I was expecting to be wowed by something really specific to New Orleans. But nevertheless, the staff was helpful and recommended a few options to me and I really enjoyed my vienna creme and scone that I got. I would come back because I enjoyed my coffee, but to me it was just like any other chain kind of coffee shop.

Would highly recommend PJ's Coffee and many other delicious treats they offer. I can say with confidence that their food and beverages they have are quite good, as I've tried about 80% of the menu. Besides food and drinks the employees are very nice and respectful. They know what they are doing and never mess up my orders. Overall it is a yes for me, would 100% recommend to the avid coffee enjoyer.

I would probably say that this coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers. I really like the atmosphere and the interior. On top of that, they offer a long list of drinks where you would definetely find something to trigger your taste buds. It is always the place where I hang and meet with friends. Highly recommended!

Not to be tough on this business, today is its first day it?s not going to well least for us, the coffee is premade and yet it still took time to come out. Not really happy about the lack of customization since we can?t always have dairy but we gave it a shot, not happy about things being premade especially for a new coffee shop. Not sure I?d really recommend this place since the coffee is not that great the service is still learning but obviously it can be seen that our drinks came out last compared to everyone else not too thrilled about this place at all. We waited a long time for them to open. Very disappointing not coming back. Call me a tough critic but moving forward for the business this would be a learning experience.
