Binghimon's Caribbean Kitchen

My family and I visited Fairfield, Iowa in June 2016 for my niece's graduation. We were in dying need of some Caribbean cuisine. Binghimon saw all 14 of us walking down the sidewalk. He asked what were we looking to eat. My family is from Trinidad and Tobago and were naming off some plates from their hometown. Binghimon promised he could deliver and boy did he deliver. I had the beef stew meat and it was wonderful. Binghimon worked hard to feed 14 people at once and his staff was great. Great food, awesome service, excellent staff, and wonderful music.

Great chillaxin' atmosphere with good food. Totally an experience worth repeating and sharing!

Lots of vegan options and they made up a vegan version of the Cabbage that was on the Buffet just for my table. Food is amazing!
