Captain D's Seafood Restaurant

The food was sooooooo good. I tried the Jalapeño-Poppers for the first time and I can make sure that sick people are ordered every time, as well as an order to go home with me... Very polite workers. This is one of our favorite places. We enjoy the peaceful beautiful atmosphere.

Service was fast and friendly. The shares are sufficient for the price.

The food I ordered was fresh and good, but the customer service I received from Braxton.... Yikes! That was a 2.5 in my opinion bc she seemed friendly... Here's my problem. When I put my cc in your hand, it only makes sense (for me) that you use the same courtesy and put my card back in my hand - especially if I extend my hand to get it back in this way. Then I saw another customer- older man handing their money for his order and his change was put back into his hand. Please do not place customer cards on the counter. I ordered the cornmeal white fish with two sides of broccoli and fried Okra and I will have it again. For some reason it is not on the menu outside, but it is on the inner menu.

Pleasantly surprised. While the chicken is not on par with Chick-fil-A or Popeyes, it is still better than any chicken item at McDonald's, Wendy's and Burger King. The fish is much better than Long John's and the hush puppies are unbelievable. I would buy a bucket of those alone. There was a long wait, but I'd rather wait knowing my food is being prepared rather than sitting under a heat lamp.

I would like to say more about this place but the drive thru and lines inside are always too long I don't go here much.
