Bidrage med feedbackToday I ate at Senor Tequila in Fairfax. What an amazing restaurant with the authentic Mexican decor to the seats, the walls, the tabletop artistry, and overall ambiance really had me feeling I was in a nice tavern in Yucatan or Mexico City. I ordered the Poblanas Enchilada with a side of rice and black beans. The sauce poured over the wrapped in a tortilla, which was the most popular way to eat in the Aztec Empire pre-columbia days, was savory toasty and taste bud satisfing because you could taste the chocolate and the 50 peppers in the sauce. For dessert I had the Fried Ice Cream and that was delectably delicious and satisfying at all levels. Servers Paul and Yendry did a great job explaining the details of the meal and the history of the restaurant. They even took care of an issue at the end with a check and the Manager took care of everything. Overall a great experience at a wonderful restaurant in the heart of city of Fairfax.
Amazing restaurant, great food, good parking, and you'll never run out of things to look at while you eat. Every inch of the restaurant is decorated in paintings and artwork like I've never seen before. A treat for the taste buds and eyes. But not the wallet. This restaurant is pricy but worth it. Really wanna go drinking there one day but I can't afford it.Vegetarian options: Plenty of parking. I'm a vegetarian, and they have multiple choices listed on the menu. You can also adjust a lot of meat dishes. With beans and veggies.Parking: Like 40 spots. It's never full even when the restaurant is.
All I have to say is I'm so glad we found a delicious Mexican restaurant near us. They are always very sweet to our daughters and it's always super clean. The only disappointment is their queso Blanco but I'll turn an eye just for their salsa.Kid-friendliness: High chairs are rarely dirty here!!!
That's my stop place always when I'm in the city food, always on point Margaritas the best!! The service is a super fast and friendly waitress.Food: 5/5
The atmosphere was colorful gave me Día de los Muertos vibes. Our waitress was good, but the food was mid. The salsa was very tomato like pasta sauce and bland, tamales taste sour, steak taco salad was wet, The Molcajetes “Triple A AAA” was pretty good and enough for two people.Food: 2/5
