Bidrage med feedbackWe should have tried Mezeh sooner! The portions, prices, and overall experience are so much better compared to Cava. Cava seems to be more focused on increasing their share price, resulting in terrible food quality and quantity. However, if you enjoy the food at Cava, Mezeh is a great alternative. The staff at Mezeh is very pleasant and patient. They offer a wide variety of toppings, including more interesting choices, and the food is cooked well overall. Additionally, there are plenty of sauces and dressings to choose from. We will definitely be visiting Mezeh more frequently in the future.
The service at this restaurant was very poor. The servers did not seem familiar with the menu and had difficulty taking orders, often needing to refer back to the menu. The language barrier made the situation even more difficult (my server did not speak English). Furthermore, the labels on the sneeze guard did not match the dishes in the warming pans, causing additional confusion. Despite these issues, the food was tasty. However, the level of confusion and frustration may not be worth it for some diners.
I'm only writing a review because the owner wanted one after I gave it 3 stars: If you enjoy mysteries like... Not knowing what anything costs, what is and isn't included when you order, and what the order choices are, then you will LOVE this place. They have NO MENUS! The food was decent for the money but the staff sure didn't like answering questions! I might go back at some point, but it won't be anytime soon as I don't enjoy mysteries. Lesson learned: No menus, Don't Order!
Beautiful place, very colorful without being overly busy visually. The food was really good, but the falafel was a bit on the too crispy crunchy side.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options!Kid-friendliness: They have kid bowl sizes and foods I would consider safe for picky kidsWheelchair accessibility: has enough space for a wheelchair to go throughout
First and last visit today. I was really excited given I love Mediterranean food and they don 't seem to put cilantro in everything. I thought the pricing was cheap, roughly $13 for a bowl with falafel as the protein. Now I know why. With 10 choices, my bowl was half full. The crunchy chickpeas and falafel were rock hard as if they 'd been sitting on the warmer too long. They don 't close for another couple hours so I don 't get this. Throw out old food! My mobile order wasn 't ready in 6 minutes ... After 20+ minutes I waited by the register to see if they were bringing out mobile orders to the designated stand. Maybe it was an off night but definitely not impressed. Sigh.
