Bidrage med feedbackGreat and friendly service! Love the ambiance. Everything tasted amazing! We got the Benedict and tropical burger while the chef was heavy handed, flavor was definitely on point. Even the side of mixed fruit was fresh and amazing- bar set extremely high! We will be back for sure!
This great brunch cafe was recommended to me. The place is beautiful and loving. My server Alex was an excellent. Actually everyone?from the owners to the staff. My delicious food order was their chocolate chip waffles with the egg cheddar cheese omelette and bacon. To top it off I had their pineapple mimosa which that too was phenomenal. Highly recommend this homely cafe.
Came here with a few friends for breakfast, absolutely loved it! Service was excellent, well priced, and staff were friendly! I love the atmosphere, so bright and cozy and their chairs are comfortable! Food was really delicious, their home fries are so good!! Can?t wait to try more items on their menu! I definitely recommend this place!
It was a pleasure visiting this local restaurant. Their decor is so pretty! Beach themed colors from their walls to seatings, placemats, and even cups. Our waiter was very nice, courteous and checked up on us frequently. I had the jambalaya and family had breakfast options. All were tasty and had generous portions. They offer some very interesting smoothies, including some with protein, and plenty of food options. Will stop by again for a great time.
I visited on a Monday morning to get one of the best breakfasts according to readers of Northern Virginia Magazine. The interior struck me as brighter than the pictures while also clean and inviting. A corner perch at the bar facing the kitchen served me well as did Megan, a engaging and friendly staffer who took my order and even suggested something I did not see on the menu (and glad she did). Food arrived at appropriate times throughout my hour and a half there, so my experience was well-paced overall. I started with their spinach salad with added chicken, followed by eggs and French toast with sausage and turkey bacon, and finished with beignets at Megan?s suggestion. The dressing for the salad was bright and just enough to go with the spinach and bacon. I might have liked some mushrooms with this salad for extra flavor. The chicken had a good color but felt and tasted a little overcooked. Eggs on the other hand were cooked nearly perfectly with a soft and ever so slightly runny texture which I personally like. The sausages and turkey bacon tasted good. The French toast could have used some more color and crunch for my liking but overall I liked all I ate. The beignets were a second star along with my eggs, as these five morsels had a great crunch outside and chewy inside. I liked the taste of the raspberry sauce best, but the other two sauces were plenty flavorful as well. My total as I remember came to between $35-$40 excluding tax and tip, leaving me with a decent value for my money especially with the service (mostly provided by pleasant young locals or students or recent graduates from what I could tell). I would be tempted to visit the next time I go to Burke Lake Park or venture towards Manassas to see what other offerings would suit my fancy.
