Buffalo Wild Wings - Fairborn

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. The food was served quickly and hot. My burger was delicious and loaded with toppings, while my sister's chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly. We will definitely return for more. Thank you for your hard work and assistance.

I have visited around twelve restaurants of this chain, and this one definitely ranks in the top three. The food was delicious and served quickly. The restaurant had plenty of staff on hand, and everything appeared to be clean. The only area that could use improvement is the restroom. Additionally, there is a spacious indoor seating area as well as a covered outdoor section. Overall, a great dining experience.

Service was timely. I did not feel rushed or overlooked. Waitress was friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back. It was lunch time and packed, still got in and out in 30 minutes.

I came in on a Sunday with my kids. Wasn’t too busy. The customer service sucks!! They don’t greet you at all.. they just leave you standing at the door. The place is dirty. So much trash sitting on tables for more then 30 minutes at a time.. the menus was dirty and had hair all on them and wet.. I was disgusted! I walked out after 5 minutes of being seated.

I’m giving two stars rather than 1 star because most of the time this location is great. I went one night and it was the worst night I’ve had there. Our waitress named Maya was not the best. She sat us and took forever to come back. My group and I all ordered waters to drink. The longest I’ve ever waited on just water. After waters were served she also took forever to come back and take our orders. Waiting for the food didn’t bother me as much since that’s not her job to make the food. Food was served and the food was good. There was still other things on my burger when I asked for it plain but that didn’t really bother me. What did bother me was she didn’t visit/check on the table once while we were eating, never came back to refill waters, we didn’t even get silverware at first. We had to ask for our checks because it took so long. Once we asked for our checks she had to ask US what we got, so she could get the checks right. If you get her as a waitress, be prepared for the longer Buffalo Wild Wings day/night of your life.
