Bidrage med feedbackI've got 10+ cars behind me, I haven't had anyone in front of me in over 5 minutes and my order still hasn't been taken. The drive-thru is the only thing open.... what is going on here??
TL;DR This location should no longer be in operation. McDonalds is better. If only 0.25 stars was possible... I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and fries that came out cooked, so that was nice, considering previous reviews (this is the .25 star), also note that it was spectacular if you don 't like any toppings on your sandwich that is advertised as coming with lettuce, tomato and mayo. I also ordered and paid for a Bourbon BACON double cheeseburger and BACONator cheese fries. The Bourbon Bacon burger is advertised with bourbon bacon sauce, crispy onions, and bacon. I was given a double burger with only American cheese no sauce or toppings. The Baconator cheese fries are advertised with bacon, cheddar cheese and cheddar cheese sauce. I was given an approximate 4oz of fries with cheese melted on top. After paying, I was informed that they were out of bacon, Are cheese fries okay? The window was closed before I could say no, I would just like regular fries. I was charged the full price for all of these items. So, I was in my small attempt to compensate my loss of money in this situation. It was near closing and I didn 't want to deal with the employees who clearly did not care, so I simply asked for my receipt so I could speak with a manager about it the next day. I was told the receipt printer is broken. Okay. Having worked in restaurants my entire life and having a basic knowledge of how electronic payment works I asked if they could print the receipt from the back office or in another area of the restaurant. The answer was no. Now, I asked to speak with a manager because I require a document of my transaction. Window closed again without the allowing me the ability to finish my sentence. A man with no title came forth and said Yeah, the receipt printer is broken I asked once again for a print out from the back office, assuming this is the manager I requested. I was given a No. It is not working. This was beyond incompetence and I was shocked so I did not push further with the idiocracy that was closing the restaurant. I will be contacting corporate.
Worst Wendy's in existence. It's like there's never a manager on duty and the staff isn't trained. Slowest drive thru ever...even if there's only a few cars. Showed up for lunch the other day and they were closed, no sign on the door or anything. Only Wendy's I've ever seen that ran out of fries (multiple times) or gave me a Frosty at the drive thru with a straw instead of a spoon. It's not worth the spicy chicken, go to the North Pole Wendy's instead or Mcds across the street.
The worst innocence. ordered a double classic and got a single and the meat looked like it was yesterday. the best drivers are overestimated as they look and taste like yesterday. I couldn't even finish the meal. what a drop of $23.00 would not go back if they offered me free eating. win it a star because that was the lowest option.
I eat this innocence a couple times a year and in the rule my visit does not see one or other wise. Today was different. I ordered two speckburger and speck fries a drink and chickenervanzen. I didn't get a clue of my articles that I had ordered because I wanted to be spectacular. as a former food service worker, I understand that objects are out, but the customer should be informed about what is out, so they can be able to make the job they want. if I had known that she was where it was from this article, I would have changed my choice to something I would like to have more. the 30-minute waiting time was a little ridiculous for the amount of customers where it was.
