Wasabi Bay - Fairbanks

I absolutely love this place, it's a chill hole in the wall kind of place with delicious food. The sushi here is the best in town and there's a huge selection. The chef and servers are very friendly. Price is good for Fairbanks and definitely worth it.

The only reason I chose 4 stars was her water. the water had a kind of cellulosic, which looked in a glass gun, and what I hoped was a lemon seed in the other. we didn't drink it. eating was phenomenal! her miso suppe was before place, and her salate was great. her fried gyoza was wonderful! the udon my mannes was amazing, the noodles cooked perfectly. he also ordered the Hawaiian roll and he loved it. I had the red darn role that, if they may eat spicy, will be upon her all. the sushi was fresh and very well rolled, despite another evaluation I had read. the service was good, but be ready to show on their order as their English is not perfect. that our waitress did not stop being friendly and good at her job. we eat here definitiw.

Sam is a brilliant sushi cook! he told him and I wanted to try out everything and he didn't disappoint! great to sit at the sushi bar and chat with the friendly locals!

This place is by far our favourite place to eat in the Fairbanks area. we moved here a few months ago and this was our first place we tried and everyone was so nice to us. when we go into all, speak to us and welcomes us as friends. the sushi is amazing and the chef is very talented. we had sushi in many sharing the usa and that is something of the best we had. 10/10 would even recommend more local spots.

The first (of now many) good sushi restaurants in fairbanks. I eat everything and try to change my orders regularly. I didn't see anything from me. the cost depends on their love to their different alcohol selection. the dinge can quickly get out of hand when they order or throw a few of the Korean rice wines.
