Bidrage med feedbackThe male workers met me. absolutely unprofessional. I haven't been there for a couple of months, and after today I'll never go there again. there were 7 people who worked the line, who always discussed who would make the sandwiches. it took me and my friend over 10 minutes to get our order and all the employees did as if it wasn't there job and they lost our sandwiches at one point. if they want a good subway sandwich, they go to the location next to Smokin offers.
I thought this was going to be a good experience. Sadly disappointed. The young man that first took my order was super nice, washed hands and changed gloves for me. The young lady that went to put the veges on, wasn't real happy to do the same. When I asked for tomatoes, she cut them with a knife that she had cut a sandwich with. I'm allergic to wheat. I get violently ill. I thought she would just place them on the salad. On top of that, the lettuce wasn't the freshest. I ate the salad because I needed to eat. But still disappointed. Also, my son ordered a pizza. I know they cooked it, but the the dough was still cold.
Went in for a simple cinnamon pretzel, when I explained that I wanted it with extra diabetes the lady looked at me alittle confused.... Fenton then stepped in and said I got you ... He then proceeded to blow my mind by asking me somthing no Subway employee has before when making my request, a single sentence changed my whole pretzel experience with subway, he asked did you want me to butter and cinnamon the other side as well ..... My mind started to race and my blood pressure immediately raised 10 points... The thought of asking for that never crossed my mind.... But Fenton..... My dude, Fenton.... You turned my whole pretzel world right side up and I see things so much more clearly now.... Thanks Fenton, you the real MVP man.
The place is a little dirty but they try their best at doing their work. The sandwich they make is amazingly good. It's my first time really going to subway so really I can't say much. But I loved it. Vegetarian options: You can make your self a vegetable sandwich if you wanted to make your own sandwich and there is a lot of choices on what veggies you want. Wheelchair accessibility: All I can say is a table for wheelchair so you can go have a table.
Takes 4 people to check out a person buying 5 bags of chips just to burn my sandwich making the bread too crunchy. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
